How To Pause Your ClickFunnels Account

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Recently, I made the switch from ClickFunnels to GrooveFunnels for multiple reasons, and it's been a total game-changer.

For a limited time only, readers of our blog can claim a free lifetime GrooveFunnels account using this special link!

I don't know when this offer will expire, so take advantage while you can - it's 100% free.

ClickFunnels offers an option where you can pause your account’s subscription. Pausing your account isn’t always the best option – instead, you may want to pause your current billing settings, or change them.

When you pause or cancel your ClickFunnels account, your online business won’t benefit at all from this. In fact, you’ll be paying a monthly fee of $9.99 just to keep your funnels saved inside of your account. They won’t be live, so you can’t use them while you account is paused.

Why Pause Your ClickFunnels Account?

If you need to temporarily pause your account, it’s better than cancelling all together. When you cancel your account, you’ll have to start over.

Pausing will at least save your subdomain, funnels, and contacts. But as previously stated, your business will be put on pause since nobody can see the funnels online. This will stop you from making any sells with your ClickFunnels account.

Instructions on Pausing Your ClickFunnels Account

To pause your ClickFunnels account, it’s quite a simple process. I’m going to give you the step-by-step instructions here! Remember, pausing your ClickFunnels account will make your funnels non-accessible temporarily, until your unpause the account!

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Go to the Account Settings menu on the top right of your dashboard, and select Account Billing under the Management tab.

2. Once there, you will want to select the Cancel Account Tab all the way on the right

4. Once you press the yellow button, you’ll be presented with a Survey on why you are looking to cancel, or pause your ClickFunnels Subscription.

5. After you complete the survey, scroll down until you see the Pause Account option. Simply press the button, and your membership will be paused!

These step-by-step instructions will help you pause or cancel your ClickFunnels account, if that’s ultimately what you are looking to do!

Can You Change Your ClickFunnels Plan?

Since ClickFunnels currently has two pricing options, you have the ability to change your subscription plan. While both of these plans offer similar features, the limitations for the Standard Plan come in the amount of funnels, pages, and visitors you can have.

The Standard ClickFunnels plan allows you to have 20 sales funnels, up to 100 pages, and maximum traffic of 20,000 people per month!

With the Etison Suite Plan, you don’t have to worry about these limitations. In fact, you even get access to the Backpack (affiliate program) and Actionetics (autoresponder) softwares as well to help grow your business.

The pricing on this plan is $297 per month, instead of $97 per month. But with the Funnel Builder Secrets upgrade, you have the ability to receive a hefty discount on this option.

To change your plan, head over to the Billing section on your dashboard and select Choose Another Plan.

Remember, pausing your ClickFunnels account will stop the progress of your online business! You won’t be able to access your dashboard, and your funnels won’t be visible to the public. This can seriously hinder the momentum of your business!
