ClickFunnels vs GetResponse: Support
Both of these platforms have great customer service and support in my experiences. GetResponse seems to have the upper-edge in ratings, but I don’t see ClickFunnels lacking behind.
Both softwares have a help desk where you can search for basic questions, which is super helpful. ClickFunnels offers help over the phone, while GetResponse doesn’t.
GetResponse support includes 24/7 live chat, and email support. ClickFunnels support includes 9-5 live chat, and phone support. Both of these platforms offer viable support.
Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this to be the reason you buy one or the other!
Which is best for you?
Choosing which service and plan you should use comes down to what best fits your needs.
For example, if you are looking to work primarily from a mobile device, GetResponse gives you that capability while ClickFunnels does not.
If you are looking to design done for you funnels for customers and share them, ClickFunnels gives you that option while GetResponse does not. If I used GetResponse, this wouldn’t be possible.
For anybody looking to make a simple squeeze page, ClickFunnels and GetResponse both will suffice!
These are just a few differences between the platforms that should be recognized.
ClickFunnels vs GetResponse: The Conclusion
In conclusion, ClickFunnels and GetResponse are both great platforms. I currently use ClickFunnels, but I had a good experience with GetResponse previously.
If you are looking to just collect emails and build a list, GetResponse might be a better option for you.
If you are looking to build a complete business, ClickFunnels might be the way to go.

Personally, I’d go with ClickFunnels from the start if I had to start over.
